Our shortest lease term is 2 months.
Yes. We have an application fee of $35 per adult.
There is a deposit of $250 for one bedrooms and $300 for 2 bedrooms. Non-refundable administration fee of $100.
Null Elementary (K-4), Jefferson Intermediate School (5 & 6), Hardin Middle School (7 & 8) & St. Charles High School (9 - 12).
We allow one satellite dish on the leased premises. Your satellite dish must be located inside your dwelling or in an area outside your dwelling like a balcony/patio of which you have exclusive use under your lease. Satellite dishes may not be attached to the building, patio or any part of the building. It may not be put in the grass/landscape are outside the building. No holes can be drilled through the exterior/interior walls at any time for wiring or any other purpose.
One covered parking space is included.
Breed and weight restrictions do apply. Please contact the office for further details. There is a pet deposit of $500*. (*$250 non-refundable for one pet and $500 non-refundable for two pets), plus a $25 monthly pet rent. We love animals, but we ask that you follow our policy of 2 pets maximum. Farm and exotic animals are prohibited.
Pest Control is $3.00 a month and is part of the water/sewer/trash bill each month.
Yes. We award your referrals with a monetary amount once your referral has lived with us for 60 days. Contact the office for the details and how to sign up.
Yes. We require each of our residents to carry Renter's Liability Insurance. 100K Liability. Minimum.
